Our objective is the fortification of each individual child during the entire grade school period. During the individual courses, the children acquire competencies and confidence, which they can contribute to the team during the self-discovery lessons. This improves their social competencies and, in turn, their self-confidence.
All fixed regulations of the school and house rules, as well as all rituals are jointly established by the pupils and teachers. These are discussed during the annual key subject „social learning“, which is the basis for the prevention of violence at the beginning of each school year.
In addition, each class family holds a class council which is managed independently by the children. They learn the option of conflict solution and practice empathy by performing role plays, exercises and games in the context of the „stop concept“.
