PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT

Our objective is the fortifcation of each individual child during the entire grade school period. During the individual courses, the children acquire competecies and confdence, which they can contribute to the team. This strengthens their social competence and self-confdence.

All fxed regulations of the school and house rules, as well as all rituals are jointly established by the pupils and teachers. These are discussed during the annual key subject „Social Learning“, which is the basis for the prevention of violence at the beginning of each school year as part of a musical or play.

In addition, each class family holds a class council which is managed independently by the children. They learn possibilities of conflict resolution and practice empathy by performing role plays, exercises and games in the context of the „Stop Concept“.
